Can anyone tell me what this means?!

It means that the symptoms are not being faked to gain attention, and that the person cannot purposely give themselves the symptoms. Basically the person is really sick. Some people can actually make themselves sick, but this person is not doing that, he/she is naturally sick. Does that make sense?
So this is the deal, if they are faking the symptoms then its not this disease, so you have to make sure its a real symptom and not some goof trying to get attention.
A person who is ill, is so without a doubt. The symptoms are real & no one can fake them.
