There are no foods that shold really be avoided, but dairy products tend to increase the presence of mucus, which might make you feel more like crap. Other than that, there's no way to really get rid of a cold. You could just get rid of its symptoms by taking meds or just wait it out.

It makes no difference at all.

None - starve a fever, feed a cold

im not sure but lots of vitiman c ie orange lemon ect will help you fight the cold but to much and you wont be off the loo sorry

I've never heard of things to be avoided.

I have had good results from having a really hot curry (madras strength at least) - that tends to beat it into submission.

Try & avoid dairy products

try and avoid dairy products as these can increase mucus

If you have a cough with phlegm, I have heard that dairy products can make the phlegm worse...but I don't know how true that is. Other than that, I can't think of any.

I eat no matter what. But I would be glad to give you a foot rub to make you feel better!

Actually one the rules is not to drink anything that you cant see through. So tea and clear soda are good. However orange juice is a bit funny, lots of people drink it for the Vit C, however it tends to build mucus in the throat so you might want to change to Grape or Cranberry.

i think its ice creams and ice cakes coz my mum never let kids to eat them
