Fevers?! GOOD QUESTION!?!
Question: I Asked this a little while ago, but i'm curious & no one was answering...
now, my normal temperature is 97.6... My parents say that a fever isn't until 100 & low grade is 99 but since my normal temp is a point under the "average" wouldn't 98 be low grade, 99 be a temp. & 100 be high?? Or is my logic wrong? Very curious!
None of my habits have changed *eating the same, same amount of excersize... everything is the same*
i know temperature fluctuates, but if your body temp is 97 on average, wouldn't an increase in body temp by 2-3 points signal that your body is either under stress *physical or emotional* or that it is working to fight off infection?
