hot bath, hot milk and honey, hot bed nite nite.

sleep sleep is what you need :)

The best thing to do is just go to bed at the time you normally would. Even if you're laying in bed for a bit it'll at least help you get back onto your normal sleeping schedule.

It'd probably be best to let yourself fall asleep as close to your natural sleep time as possible, but if you're really tired, you should sleep when you can and depending what time you wake up, either stay up or sleep more until you reach your natural wake up time. The idea being is that you try to get your body working in your usual schedule as soon as possible, and then adjust over time until it goes back to normal.

I've only had mild jet-lag before (3 hr diference), but from what I hear, many people avoid the lag feeling by sleeping on the flight.

Make a light lunch, put on a good film, nothing too heavy, lunchwise or filmwise and just chill, if you are that relaxed you will just dose off.X
