Plenty of protein, calcium and zinc will ensure normal growth and a deficiency can stunt it.

Unfortunately you cannot speed up the growing process but you can find plenty of dubious claims in searches for "grow taller naturally", "amino acids to grow taller" and "growth pills".

Get off the shorty forty's!!

well. last year i was 16. i was 4.7. Then during my physical my doctor sended me to an endocrinologist and after a bunch of blood test he said i was growth hormone deficient and that i needed to inject growth hormone. that 1 way. you should ask your doctor.

Height is mostly genetic driven, but it's also determined by the nutrient you get when you were a baby (before and after birth), and at puberty.

Definitely lots of calcium, make sure you have enough Vit. D to absorb it. Fat and protein are essential too because bone has fat (marrow) inside. You also need the right type exercise such as jump rope and monkey bar. But the key ingredient is determination/motivation of doing all of these every single day! To me that's the hardest part. Results may be slow and it's not a garanteed.

And one more thing, feel young inside; think that you are still growing, and stop spending time thinking about boy/sex/or other stuff like that because you want to fool your brain that you are still growing so that it continues to produce growth hormone, which is necessary in order for ur body to convert the calcium you absorbed into bones.
