I overdosed on lexapro a week ago, am fine now but is there any long-term damage!
Question: i had pretty bad side effects, was really sick and took a couple of days to recover but have felt reasonably fine ever since. still, i am worried i could have internal damage i don't know about

How much did you take?
If you are really worried about it I would contact your physician and let then know how much you took and what happened. You don't want to mess around if your unsure. Although, I think Lexapro is fairly harmless so unless you took more then a weeks worth I think you will be okay.
