Couldn't urinate when I woke up this morning?!
Question: When I woke up this morning (after sleeping for about 9 hours) I barely had to urinate at all and could only force a little bit out. For the past few weeks my stream of urine has been weaker and it takes a while for me to start peeing once I sit down. Most of the time I have to strain to force it out. I had similar symptoms for a couple months last November/December and saw about 6 doctors, all of whom basically told me that it was all in my head. I had a blood test, a bunch of urine tests, ultrasounds, an x-ray and a cat scan and they all came back normal. After all that the symptoms got better for a while. Also there was one day a few weeks ago when I was really happy and excited all day long and I had none of my symptoms. I'm worried though especially about not being able to pee this morning :/ Should I go see a doctor?

I would be concerned. Something isn't right. Maybe they should do more extensive testing! Good luck.
When we sleep our kidneys go to sleep a bit too. So if you have not drunk very much before bed time there may not be much urine. Make sure you drink a lot of water. litres and you will find the flow returns. If not go back to your doctor
