Every 2weeks or so my heart?!
Question: beats really fast out of nowhere like im sitting there watching tv or somthing and it starts beating really fast for like 4-5 seconds then its normal again whats the deal?

I would suggest contacting a doctor on that. That way they can do an EKG and run other tests to check your heart. Could be nothing, but it is best to see a Doctor. I have had my Heart start racing fast out of nowhere, but only it lasted longer than 4-5 seconds. Both times it happened I went to the emergency room. They did an EKG and found nothing wrong. I do have high-blood pressure and was put on some medication that reduces high blood pressure, but also slows the heart beat down. So far no other problems. Doctors thought it may also have had something to do with panic attacks, but who knows.

Anxiety isn't fussy, it can happen when your at your happiest or your lowest, trust me I know... that is how mine started, out of the blue, I had a great day went out to dinner and WHAM! there it was, I wouls go to the doctors and get it checked, anything to do with your heart should be looked at by your doctor
hmm i wouldnt worry to much but if it keeps happening ask a doc cause thats strange if ur just sitting there. or try taking omega 3s or fish oil and vitimin E those are excellent for heart health
