Do I need my child's updated immunization record for...?!
Question: a check-up at her new pediatricians office? We have recently moved and her shot card is not updated (I think only the last shots weren't recorded). It's hard for me to get it updated before her appt next week. She's 19 mos old (it's for her 18 mo appt) and we live in California. Will they see her?

all you have to do is ,have the new doctor office ,call or fax your child records to them ,if that going to be your child's pediatrician . you give them name of the office and the doctor name ,address . also you can do this yourself as well. and yes every child need there shots so they can be healthy. also just tell that she have had these shots when you go and visit dr
Every practice has it's own rules, but if your child is ill that shouldn't be a problem i would think. you can call your previuos doctors office and have a nurse or medical records clerk verbally give the last vaccine names and dates. Or just simply send ina vaccine records request and have it forwared to your new doctors office
