How can I get myself to drink more water?!


Question: I know I don't drink enough, so how can I make myself drink more without feeling sick?

I drink about 2 cups of water every day... If that tells you how much help I need.

Carry a small bottle of water around with you everywhere you go. And each time it's empty just fill it up again with tap water. You will find that by carrying it around with you you will drink more. You can also give yourself a target, for example - to finish the bottle by lunch time. And when you do, just fill it up again.

And whenever you go out anywhere - make sure you take the bottle with you - you'll get into the habit of drinking more. And because it's just a small bottle, it won't seem too difficult.

I am the same way too. Well. I just got my self some mix for the water so it will make it taste better.
but if your point is to loose weight, then you can gert crystal light mix for your bottled water.

force it down there should be more water in you if that dont work try exercises like running. then go to your doctor because thats serious. try to drink just water its more natural

don't force water down cos it will make you ill. do loads of excercise but not too much and then you shold be thirsty so drink like a litre of water. then it will make u more fit and also give you a healthy figure.

Try this system: Before eating, drink two glasses 15 minutes apart. During eating, drink 2 more. Fifteen minutes after, drink 2 more, and before retiring drink 2 more. All in all, u have taken 8 glasses of water the whole day without knowing it. Do this before and after meals, and believe me, u'll be drinking water nonstop, and u'll always be full, making u eat less.

Just do it girl, at least 4 8oz glasses a day.....adding flavor too your water may help you but, your body needs just plain water too
