I have a hard spot?!

Question: on my foot under my toes.its like a calus or something.all I know is it hurts when i stand a lot.and sometimes when walking.and I need to get rid of it asap.any help would be greatly appreciated.

i was thinking it was a planters wart as well, i literally cut mine out but you could try compound-w
