Is Soy Good For you?!
Question: I lovee the silk milks and stuff, and now that i hear they are cloning cows, i defenetly don't want anymore dairy products from cows.
My uncle who's a vegan tells me it's great for you. He eats soy products all the time, he puts it on his popcorn, (Which i don't like the taste of) haha.
And then my mom tells me it's bad for you... especually for people with thiroid problems, which she has and i could easily get, plus i'm a diabetic.
Are there really any health risks?
