Are you pregnant? I've got super smelling capabilities when I'm pregnant! My hubby hates it, because I won't sleep in the same room with him if he eats garlic! (harsh, I know...)
You could have had a blockage in your sinuses and it has cleared now.
You took a bath?
Maybe you had some allergy / sinus issues?
Umm... is there a chance you might be preggo???
