I've known too many people who have worked in hospitals who say how differently someone who was critically injured was treated who was also an organ donor.

Yes, I want all of my organs to be donated if possible, then I'd really like to donate my body to science, but they actually have quite stringent rules for that.
I'm also a semi-regular blood donor (13 donations) and I am on the bone marrow donation list.
