Heart problem? Please help! Maybe my back?!

Question: About a month ago my back started hurting a little bit and my lungs were heavy and my hands and arms were going numb so I went to the ER. They did an EKG bloodwork, xrays, and blood pressure tests which all came back normal. But then the pain in my back got worse and when I laid on my sides my legs and arms went a little tingly. Now I don't know if it is bowel gas or heart palpitations because sometimes it feels like it comes from the the stomach and sometimes from the left side by my upper ribs. it is like a groweling stomach feeling. The ER scheduled me for an MRI on my neck and my lower lumbar spine. I can feel my heart beating in my neck not really too fast but thumping harder than normal with alot of the growling feeling. Does anybody know what this might be? Please help??

Wow! At least you are getting help with your health problems. The tingling and numbness may be caused by nerves pressing on your spine but the stomach issue is something else going on.Sure hope the docs can help you.

i keep telling this to people on this site that ask the same type questions as this, rely on your local doctors please!!!
