Answers: Have you had any positive results that they do help

I have used Epsom salts (1 cup ) in the bath for aching muscles and a tired body, I feel it works great, helps relax the muscles and you.

Surely it's the hot water that helps you to relax and therefore ease your aches & pains

Not me, i,m old fashioned, just salt and vinegar on my mussels thank you.

No, haven't tried salts, but I love essential oils for easing many complaints. I add 10 drops of Majorim oil to a bath to ease muscle cramp after hiking. But there are many others that help like eucalyptus, which is better known for helping with colds, sinusitus etc...Lavender is good for relaxing in general and ylang ylang or bergamot can help relax the mind. Oils smell good too, leaving behind a clean and pleasant aroma in your bathroom. You could ask for more advice at a Health store or ask an aromatherapist for the best one for you.
