Panick attacks symptoms?!


Question: for some reason i get so emotional sometimes and i get scared cause i know why i get them and i turn to cutting and i have take deep breathes to call myself down is probably panick attacks i mena cause gte so worried about my hrade which have been going down and about friends and people bullying me sunce im really shy

I experienced panic attacks for many years and the more you understand about why they occur the more control you will have. Cutting is a release and a distraction from the emotions you are experiencing and it is an avoidence tactic that is both dangerous and also addictive.

The more you focus on the reasons for your panic attacks (bad grades, bullying) in a negative way, the more prone you will be to repeating the cycle. You need to break the cycle by seeking do-able solutions in a step by step manner that you can manage with as little stress as possible.

First of all speak to someone you can trust about what you are experiencing and realise that you are not alone and this is something you can defeat. When a panic attack occurs, keep with deep breathing but instead of turning to cutting, focus on repeating a phrase or coping statement such as " I am in control of my body and actions" and learn that the stress and adrenaline release of cutting only increases the chemicals in your body that cause a panic attack.

The sooner you seek help and guidence and share your concerns with someone close you can trust, the more support you will receive. Self harm is never the answer, you need to respect yourself enough to realise this. With self respect comes the self confidence you need to deal with your shyness and anything else that concerns you.

i have anxiti attacks its a provin fact the sytoms are Dizzness, Numbness, Lose of feelings, hands cramping or feet, shaking and you cant control it, real fast heart beat or pusle rate ( same thing ) feeling like you cant breath, feeling like somethings sittin on your chest or is in it or somethings pusin on it, feeling high when you are not or it feels like your head goes into another world. freaking out ( bout everything or gettin 2 pissed or even sometimes while havin them you can get 2 pissed or stessed ) but anxitis can be caused by smokin weed doin drugs gettin 2 stressed ect... but aye do me a fav dont cut your self that sh1ts not worth it u got a hole life 2 live and dont let other people bother u because you are quite its better than bein loud and actin crazy but just know most people are stupid anyways and like 2 pick on people or start crap all the time but just start havin fun wit ur life do the things that make u feel happy or used 2 and make ur self feel like ur havin a good time and chill play some video games lol lol

hun,my sister has panic attacks ,but they can be cured ,im a shy person too ,but you are a worrier ,and that can lead to tha syptoms you are having ,think of your self opening up like a flower,it may sound strange ,but the more you except that youare shy ande it is something you want to break loose from ,you need to socialise go have some fun ,and break the ice ,i for one am a lot better for doing so ,it has changedme and ,anoher thing you can do is pray ,tell the lord how you feel ,we all need help ,but save your money for therapy ,and try this instead ,best of luck *___*
