What does it mean if an unconscious person's pupils are not of equal size??!

Question: it depands how unequal they are. but yes for the purpose of passing an exam or quiz .... unequal pupils (Espesially after a trauma) .. means brain damage or some sort of neurological injury ... but again for real life doctor's diagnostic purposes .. a well maintained healthy person may have some uneuqal sizes in pupils ...but u should ask him/her weather their doctor ever mentioned that to them ..or if they have ever seen a doctor about that ..
