God bless you for bringing this up!! I've dealt with this for 20+ years now, never knowing WTF!!! I had no idea they were called tonsil stones but I certainly knew what you were talking about when you wrote the name. They are vile!! I started getting them after four or five bouts with strep. Apparently the strep left scar tissue which cause crypts. Who knew?? I also suffer from allergy problems and subsequently have postnasal drip :-( Lovely, I know, but.... From what I read, both contribute to tonsil stones. Fascinating!!! Thank you for your comments.
