Can Sleeptalking be Cured?!
Question: I recently read the book Twilight and the character Bella talks in her sleep. I was wondering if I did the same. i asked my family and they said I did! i dont really want to share all my thoughts and dreams with them so I'm looking for a cure or at least a way so I can do it less often

i think what REALLY help is idunno? hahaha, no! kidding! i do 2 ALOT. maybe sleep up-side-down, so when u talk its a mumble and their prolly 2 bizzy sleeping than listenning 2 u. :-)
I LOVE the twilight series! I too, talk in my sleep... feel bad for bella i dont think there is a cure unless you tape your mouth shut...lol
I think lots of people mumble in there sleep. I have not heard of a cure but if you do get one let me know as I am a babbler in my sleep. I know what you mean about not wanting to share your thoughts or dreams. GL
There are medications that are given for Rem behavior disorder that I believe would also stop the talking. Generally they are very sedative drugs that actually limit Rem sleep which you really don't want to do. I wouldn't worry too much about it. There are much worse sleep disorders out there than sleep talking. Sleep talkers are always my favorite pts to do studies on!!
