What is basic difference between vaporiser and humidifier?!

Question: A vaporizer will put out warm or hot steam(vapor). A humidifier is usually a cold mist and just puts more moisture into the air. Both are fine. If you have little kids or snoopy pets, I would suggest the cool mist. Personally though, I like the steam.
