that is perfectly normal... it's almost neon, huh? That is what the b vitamin does.. it's normal. It does kind of freak ya out to see it tho--for the firs t time. You can still take it. It does everybody's urine that way.

nothing to worry about...that happened when i took b complex

Don't worry about it. That's the excess Vitamin B2 dumped in your urine which gives you that color.

It does that, stop it for a day or two and drink clear water, it should clear. I drink so much coffee and beer, mine is never clear. Only once after drinking water all day, did it finally run clear.

It's just a natural effect of taking some vitamin pills. Don't worry, but also make sure you don't take more than the correct daily dose is.

It's nothing to worry about. It's just your body excreting the excess riboflavin (Vitamin B2) from your supplement.

Vitamin B helps with growth and it helps your body produce energy.

don't worry happens to everyone

I wouldn't worry. If it isn't the B complex itself it could be a food dye they put in it. I take liquid vitamins and it changes the color of my urine.

No, that's normal. B Vitamins are water soluble, so when your body has too much of it, you just pee it out, and it turns all neon bright. That's why it's a waste to take excess B Vitamins because your body will get rid of what it doesn't nees.
