Prescription Drugs-I need some help!?!

Question: Is it true that for some prescription drug policies or health plans, where there is a list to chose from, is it true that the higher premium has less co-pay and the lesser premiums have higher co-pay? So, aren't premiums with the higher amount more worth it especially if you are taking 5-6 prescription drugs every month?
