when im stressed, i get a headache and a sometimes a stomach ache....but its different for everyone i guess

stress can cause anything from chest palpitations to severe headache's and not being able to sleep I am sure the list is endless relaxation is the answer my friend.
Oh yes. might vary from person to person.. I get pains ii upper chest just below my shoulders. They worried mee,, Even had heart check which was OK. Was noticeable as stress decreased so did the pains. I believe some get pains in upper arms .
I get those chest pains too, almost like a mild anxiety attack. Get's to the point where i can't even breath. it's awful knocks me down for about 20minutes at a time. So yes there are stress pains I also get these big knots in back that make it hard to move around.

You can have anything pretty much....even anxiety attacks, panic attacks..then ya think it is a heart attack or stroke....stress is an awful thing.....and your mind very powerful! I have a stress headache now...but then I been workin all day in hell with cousin devil and some demons and get to do it all over again tomorrow....
