You could solve all that by just not doing it at all.
probably because you aren't inhaling, just tasting the cig.
That could be because the smoke is full of poisons, particles and stimulants which your body is trying to reject.
If it hurts so much, why are you still trying it?

its all the added stuff in it that is making u feel sick.... its not natural to inhale poisons and your body is telling u that.
uhh no duh cuz smoking is badddd for u. i dont smoke so i wouldnt know that well but try to quit and it wont happen use that gum stuff
