Would a colon cleanser be bad for me?!

Question: Im a 16 year old, 250+ pound kid lol. I know im overweight. Over almost a year ive been suffering from constipation off and on. When I do go, its in little medium sized plops and about 2 or 3 come out. I end up getting brain fog and headaches and not feeling well. I know its my diet because I dont go outside or anything. This last wednesday I started walking 30 minutes to an hour a day when the weather isnt bad. Its winter here. When I do take a laxative and go, I FEEL BETTER, I feel so energized!

I started taking some benefiber seeing if that will help. But I was reading about colon cleansers online, and they described like every symptom I have, when they explain different symptoms of a clogged colon or something that leads to constipation. I know its my diet, but do you think its built inside of me?

Would it be safe to buy some? Im also trying to change my diet but its hard too when we dont ever eat HEALTHY..

Like said earlier, colon cleansers are a one big pile of bs. It's a waste of time and money. You really need to start eating better to have any sort of long term regularity however.

For now, stick with the benefiber, and push your family to start eating better. When you start eating better, make sure there's lots of greens with your food, as they naturally contain fibre.

To convince your family to start eating better, I would say start talking to your family doctor and possibly arrange for a family meeting with the doctor if possible. Have him explain to your family the effects that can accompany such an unhealthy diet, both long term and short term. At 16, if you continue to eat this way, you're putting yourself in a world of hurt as you get older.

Colon cleansers were invented by some snakeoil salesmen out to get your money.
Seriously though, those colon cleansers are really the Benefiber you're taking mixed in with some laxatives then sold at several times the price.
just take the benefiber and you'll be fine.

Your diet consists of nothing but highly processed foods filled with sugars, fats, and high levels of sodium.

Skip the colon cleansers, and start eating foods like bran, oatmeal, barley, yogurt, all fruits and veggies, lean meats, and whole grain breads and cereals.

You poor child. No wonder you're having health issues. Maybe you could talk with whoever buys the groceries, and ask if you can tag along and help pick out some different foods for you to try.

Keep up the walking! It's one of the best things you can do. Swimming is a wonderful full-body workout too!

It won't hurt you. Best way to do it at home is to buy an enema bucket with a tube that attaches to it, brew some mild caffeinated coffee, and moisturize the tip of the tube with vitamin E oil (can get that and the enema bucket at a natural food store, or at a medical supply store) Place the bucket on the back of the toilet (on top of the tank), so that the liquid will flow downwards, insert tube, lie on your right side, and relax while the coffee goes into your colon.....massage your stomach as you lie there. You may experience some cramping, but hold the coffee in as long as you can (at least 5 minutes, if possible), before getting up and letting it all out into the toilet. Best cure for constipation and the caffeine in the coffee also will help detoxify your liver at the same time.
(Make sure the coffee cools down to a lukewarm level before using it!) And you know you HAVE to also change your diet, eventually, if you really want to be healthy. This is not a cure-all. I use the enema about once a week.

I think that Colon Cleanser will be beneficial for you. People are quite happy after using it. You can see following two websites to verify this

aloe vera does relieve constipation. It is a very good fiber rich antoxidant. As such it helps in easing constipation. Aloe is good for a number of other ailments as well.Aloe Vera also contains aloin, which in small dosages acts as a natural laxative.

i recommend Arbomin-Plus(Namyang Aloe)!!!
