Low attention span?!
Question: when someone is talking to me, i hear them, i understand them, but then when i need to go to taks i need to ask them to repeat the instructions. am i stupid or is there something wrong wiht ym attention span? what would you recomend as a remedy for this?

listen to someone by looking at their face
visualize what they are saying (this creates images your brain recalls later)
you don't need drugs. be a better listener
reading books and not magazines is good
Either you are not consecrating on what they are saying or you have a problem. The good news is a good doctor can probably help you.
