Itchy scalp when I get warm?!

Question: This is literally driving me crazy! I'm a 25 y/o male, and just recently my scalp began to itch when I would get the least bit warm.. as simple as getting into my car in the sun or working in my garage.

Any time I do something, even lifting weights or push ups, my scalp begins to itch to the point that I have to drop whatever i'm doing and dig into my scalp for relief.

I've tried neutrogena T-SAL, selsun blue, anti-itch shampoos.. nothing has affected it.. i've even tried leaving a moisturizer on my scalp for 30 minutes at a time..

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME GUIDANCE TO RID THIS ANNOYANCE.

btw, there is no dandruff issues, and my scalp seems to appear normal, no red marks or nests of dead skin. lice is not even questionable so don't bother.

I too was suffering from an itchy scalp until I read up about the subject. I soon discovered that many people are sensitive to the ingredient sodium laureth sulfate. I checked my bottles of shampoo and conditioners and realized that indeed they contained the culprit. Sodium laureth sulfate not only irritates skin but it is also considered a toxin. So back to the computer I went to find a solution. I discovered that there are shampoos that are sodium laureth sulfate free. I finally became aware that a tea tree oil shampoo and conditioner might work for me. Amazon had a brand called Giovanni which was reasonably priced. The tea tree oil shampoo and conditioner did solve my itchy scalp problem. You may also be someone who is sensitive to the chemical sodium laureth sulfate. It might be a good idea to find a shampoo and conditioner that is sodium laureth sulfate free and see if that might bring you some relief.

Put a small amount of lotion on your scalp when you get out of the shower

Some questions for you to think about:

do you have desires that go against the grain?
Are you unsatisfied?
Are you remorseful?
Are you "itching" to get out or get away?
