It happens to a lot of women, so don't feel bad.The urethra is supposed to hold your pee in. If you pee a little bit like you're describing, or when you like cough or sneeze, run or lift, jump, etc. then your urethra is probably not working right. I think it has something to do with the pelvic floor and how well it supports the urethra. I do know what it is called though, because a friend of mine has it- "stress incontinence". The thing she was told to do was many, many Kegel exercises. These are where you basically are exercising the muscles down Be-low :) . You clench it up, like you're stopping the flow of pee, then release. She said it did help eventually, but it took time. there are probably other treatments, but that is the one I know of.
Best of luck!

This happens to most girls on the trampolines its something to do with your bladder, probally all that urine bouncing around! Make sure you go to the toilet before you do the sport, or wear a pantyliner so your pants arent soaked.

Try some Kegal exercises to help you strengthen your (girl) muscles.

Your pelvic floor muscles are weak and need some exercise.

You can tighten them up by stopping every few seconds each time you pee.

This will tighten them up and should stop these leaks you are experiencing lol.
