This is really common. It happens to me all the time. It is a little freaky the first couple of times isn't it? It is from the body making the transition from lying or sitting to standing. There is a temporary drop in blood pressure until the body adjusts. It can be caused by dehydration, or from not being active enough. I really get it bad when I wake up in the morning after an especially long night of sleep, or when I have been laying around on the couch all day. Just be really careful when standing so you don't hurt yourself!!

Get up slowly and then sit still for a few minutes before attempting to walk. You might also want to turn on a light to prevent you from walking into anything.

talk to your doctor

That happens to me too. and a lot of other people that i know. i just sit there for a couple of seconds with my head in my hands and my eyes closed. do not stand up right when you get out of bed. good luck :)

Sounds like your blood pressure is bottoming out when you get up. Get up slowly from now until you can get in to see a doctor.

Seriously...I would go see the doctor about this.

omg me too!! especially when ive been lazy or just get out of bed in the morning! idk what it is...

but it looks like the tv when the power goes out... all fuzzy and stuff
