Answers: Ask again in about 5 years. You have plenty more growing in you yet!

Not unless you get some height genes!

Just kidding. I'm sure you've still got some more height growth still in you. Just make sure you have balanced nutrition, get enough exercise, and hope for the best! Good luck, shorty! ;)

You can ask your doctor if you're really concerned. But most people continue to grow and develop until about age 25. I would give your body a couple more years.

Sadly no. I am 14 too and am 5 foot 5. I would like to be taller too cuz my little sister is 5 foot and 4.5 years younger! But there's nothing you can do. Chances are you have a lot more growing to do though. Just give it time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is wrong with short people? I wish I were shorter and I'm 5'4". I was done growing by my growth spurt in 7th grade.

try eating standing up! :p

technically there is a surgery where they break your legs and insert metal rods into the break. the bone heals over it, thus giving you a few more inches. but i don't think you have anything to worry about. You're only 14 so you still have a few more years. generally with girls, once you get your period, you can hope for another 3 inches, but expect to stop growing after two years of your period. if you really want to grow, eat some veggies, but other than that there's no height pill. besides being 5'1" aint so bad. i'm 5'10" but my cousin is 5' and it sucks because i can't get jeans to fit right. plus it's easier to date guys. i'm always on the prowl for a guy who i can wear high heals around, and i wont tower over them. Good luck XD

You will probably grow for another year to peak at 5ft 2.5 inches.

You can find further (but not necessarily true and correct) information in searches for "grow taller naturally", "amino acids to grow taller" and "growth pills".
