Are there people who dont get sick, ever?!
Question: A friend of mine, who I have only know for about a year probably, told me that he has never been sick in his life and thinks being sick is just mental. I dont believe him but have adopted his theory and have told myself I am not sick when I have not felt so good, so far its worked but I cant see it working forever.

The only way to never get sick is if you're never exposed to viruses, bacteria, and other things that transmit "illness".
Babies often get sick because their immune systems aren't very strong, but being sick when they're young creates the antibodies to fight the illnesses in the future and in some ways builds their immune systems.
The biggest thing is, if being sick was just mental, babies wouldn't get sick because they literally can't comprehend what's going on enough to trick themselves into being sick. Also, if he was right, then he should have gotten sick when he was an infant since he wouldn't have known how to "control" that mental thing that prevents him from getting sick.
Really, he's either got a really good natural immunity (which some people have) or he is lucky enough that he hasn't been exposed to many illnesses. Either way, it's been proven thousands of times that he's wrong.
Better immune systems?
i thought i was one of those people, until about a week ago i hadnt been sick in like 10 years :(
maybe there are some people who dont get sick often, but do get sick every once in awhile.
