What could these symptoms mean?!

The best advice is to contact your Doc so that he/she can evaluated and, if needed, refer you to a GI ( Gastrointestinal) specialist. Even your symptom of " quick sharp pains " in your chest may be related to stomach problems. Have you tried taking any over-the-counter medications ?? For example:
1) Prilosec OTC
2) Zantac
3) Tums
4) Alka Seltzer
These are just some products that are available
* However, liquid antacids work faster.
1) Maalox
2) Mylanta
3) Gaviscon.
These are just some liquid antacids that are available. There are several others available.
You can always ask the Pharmacist, which product would be the best choice for you
But, go see your Doc as he/she knows your medical history.

it sound like you are exspereancing a aqute case of acid reflux
the hot sensation in your stomach is where it starts. but if the pain in your chest is followed by shortness of breath or you get sick at your stomach that could be heart problems..
