Is it normal to feel discomfort all day, every day?!

Question: I'm either always in pain, itching, or feeling uncomfortable. I'm never feeling 100% fine. & no, I'm NOT a hypochondriac. Or do you think stress & anxiety has me feeling this way 24/7?

I feel that way most of the time, and personally for me it's because I'm nervous about something or I'm not comfortable in my atmosphere. If you are stressed all the time about something it is natural to be uncomfortable. Stress breaks down your bodies defenses(immune system). It also may be that you're around people that make you feel uncomfortable and insecure about yourself.

Try to find time in the day when you're by yourself and no one is around and you have nothing to do. Some rest might do you're body good, you're body might be trying to give off warning signals. You are only as good as you treat your body.

Stress could have your nerves out of wack. Try to eliminate whatever is bothering you. Use Eucerin Calming Lotion for the itchy skin.

wow, i don't think so

but i'm usually in some sort of mild pain all day. usually sholder, but sometimes my right leg hurts.

Yep, I know that stress and anxiety make me itchy and have other physical problems.

Could be a lot of reasons but it sounds like you sort of know already.

you're probably stressed out over something. you'll have to calm down and stop worrying, i know that's hard to do but you can do it.

if you happen to been taking prescribed medicine!! that could be the cause of the itching/ and the pain could also be associated so pop in to see your GP you may need a change of treatment./but go and see him anyway

It's amazing what stress can do to your body, the mind is a pretty powerful thing, and I've heard many times that mental anxiety from stress often manifests itself in physical symptoms, sort of like a defense mechanism for the mind.
But I would really go to the doctor and get checked out, because it could be anything and you don't want to take any chances.
Good luck!

It is not normal to feel discomfort all of the time. I do think that stress and anxiety can cause this; I also think that being uncomfortable like that could cause stress and anxiety.
