Is life better than death?-why?!

Well i guess life is better, because life is a gift so what does that make death? Um there's a song that says life goes on long after the thrill of living is gone, i guess you should always try to remember that thrill when death starts to sound better. I always say "live a little slower, that way you see life's worth, not it's value". well sorry if that's a sucky answer that's all i got on the subject though
people really cant know. some religion says that when you die, you go heaven. some say you are re-incarnated. really, we dont know. we live, we die. its not preventable. i mean people can choose the day they die if they take their own life. but other then that, u pretty much die when you die.
in my opinion, i would rather live then die. personally i am most comfortable when i know where i am in life. and i like living, i dont know any better thing. the world has its problems, but i cant complain. i cant fix everything. so i cope with it and keep going. so in all honesty there is nothing better then living.
No one alive is capable of answering that question. We don't know what lies ahead, but for all we know, life can only be lived once, and there are so many things out there and so many places to explore, and once that is all done and when the time comes you will know I guess.
