Answers: My stupid GINGER girlfriend thinks that she got one layer less of skin, i know shes disabled but has she SERIOUSLY!!!

no, they are just have no souls

does she think that you also have a few brain cells missing ?

I think it's that Ginger folk have differently pigmented skin. They often freckle and are prone to bad sunburn.

NO

lol.... tell her to stop thinking like a blonde. xxx

Probably but I think ginger hair is beautiful

no hers is just paler (more transparent)

no shes got the same as you, but i think she needs one new boyfriend lol

All i can say is, I AM GLAD I AM NOT YOUR GIRLFRIEND.

I'm fair skinned, freckled (lots) and reddish-brown haired. I've never been referred to as "ginger", but it makes sense. I was not aware that I had one less layer of skin. Even if that were true, how would anyone be able to tell? Our skin is in a constant state of sloughing and regenerating.

No, that's bollocks. We do experience 20% more pain, though.

nope we have the same amount of skin layers as other people however we are more suseptable to sunburn because we do not have as much skin pigment as someone with darker hair might. We also tend to freckle rather than tan.and seem to bruise more often but thats just because we are so pale.

she has a less even distribution of melanin in her skin. that's the chemical that darkens and protects the skin against sunlight.

no this is not true they just are more prone to sun burn ect

I'm 58 and nobody has ever told me that I have less skin than anybody else! Just different pigmentation which is why redheads freckle instead of tanning. Sounds to me like your friend is a few french fries short of a happy mean.
