Any corn product is very hard to digest. If you have been eating at least once a day for quite some time, then your system has adjusted to having it to process.

The color of the stool is strange because if it were blood, it would be black in color. The only thing I can think of is that you are eating something that is changing the color of it. Many drinks that contain any red dyes can do that.

Stay away from the excessive popcorn and watch what you are eating and this should go away.

That's really weird. I don't think it would be caused by a lack of popcorn. Popcorn as far as I know is a whole grain, which if anything would just help move things along in your digestive system. Did you start eating anything different to replace the popcorn?

What kind of popcorn were you eating? Maybe there was an additive or chemical in it, that could cause this reaction? But it still doesn't really add up.
