How can I relieve my constipation and bloatedness?!

Question: I have not been able to exercise for a while due to a leg injury, and the lack of cardio exercise has left me feeling constipated and extremely bloated. Even prior to the injury I have been struggling with chronic bloating and belching and occasional acid reflux. This lack of exercise has only made them worse. I avoid carbonated drinks, caffeine, fried foods, spicy foods, and anything that will make me inflamed. I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, and plenty of fiber. Is it possible I am eating too much of those? I feel so full and so bloated that I do not even want to eat anything anymore. What can I do?
