relaxation exercises, such as meditation
light or not eating just before going to bed
a regular sleep schedule
cutting back on or eliminating caffeine and alcohol consumption

Try not to cry out someone's name who isn't your partner. They don't like that.

Be with someone who listens in their sleep.

I take Valerian and Melatonin every night about and hour before I want to be asleep. These herbal meds help me get into a deeper sleep cycle. My son take Atarax an antihystamine because his talking is due to post nasal drip not letting him rest fully
