I hear you and feel your pain. lol I am a mom of 3 so I can understand.
I use Preparation H suppositories when I have problems and most of the time that helps. I use it mostly at night. This helps shrink them and help ease the the pain and itching if you have that too.
I am pretty sure I have IBS so a high fiber diet would not help me one bit. So be careful with that. It is true being unable to have a BM will cause hemriods but also if you going way to much (as is the case with IBS in my case) it can also cause them.
Also if this is your first time really noticing that you have them you may want to talk to your dr. I did when I first noticed bleeding when I went to the bathroom since it freaked me out. If I am having problems to where Preperation H isn't helping I've called my OB/GYN and they have called something in for me.

JUST EASE THEM IF THEY GET WORST YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE DR.
It will make the swelling go down and make the pain ease. If they aren't too big they should go down within a few days. GL
Use a suppositry. And wear lots of loose underwear clothes and leave off cycling for a bit!

this could be hereditary, awfully painful you get them straining when passing your motions, a high fibre diet does help i use anosol for mine its a varicose vien inside the creak of your bottom it swells, sometimes these burst, and there is lots of blood, stress related illnesses cause them, but if they occur frequently its worth booking to see a GP, and getting some examinations done, you can have a operation to remove them
always cotton underwear, loose fitted clothes, so air circulates, but see a GP, CHECK there are no other problems there.
Me too, I use Scheriproct Suppositories and they do the job no mess but a bit intimidating, you know what I mean!?. But there is no cure. Just remedies. And of course a high fiber diet.
