Simple matter of statistics - these are all made up of initial letters, and there are simply fewer words beginning with vowels.

There are a few - if you have ADHD you might also be taking an MAOI, for instance. That's hogging the vowels a bit isn't it?

Obviously a mixture constanants and vowels is reserved for protest groups, so that they can call themselves trendy names like Campaign Against The Sewage-works (CATS), Stop Incinerator Now (SIN), that type of thing. If you're thinking of starting a protest group a trendy name is essential, of course, and "Campaign Against" is always a good starting point. Where would we all be if we went around calling PMT "Mardy And Deranged" instead.
