Is it true that a person's feet can tell a lot about how healthy they are?!
Question: Reflexology, or zone therapy, is the practice of massaging, squeezing, or pushing on parts of the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears, with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve general health.
There is no broad consensus on how reflexology does or could work in practice; the one unifying theme is the claim that areas ("lumps" or "grit") on the foot correspond to areas of the body, and that by manipulating these one can improve health through one's qi

Nope. Someone who walks around barefooted in a rough environment can be healthy as an ox, and someone who spends all day in cushioned shoes in an office could have beautiful feet, but smoke and drink all day and be completely unhealthy.
