Posture Problem.?!

Question: Recently people keep telling me I hunch. Well appears that I do have some posture problem. I have to do a conscious effort to keep my neck straight. I really want a straight posture as a hunched posture gives me kind of "unconfident" look.

Are There any exercises for neck shoulders and back that can help me get a straight proud posture.

One more thing. I am really not sure whether I hunch my neck or
shrug my shoulders. Please provide cure for both.

Thanks

i had the same problem when i was a kid. the way i stopped seems pretty weird but try it because it works :)

shoulders back, head up, bum in, chest out. you will find that you walk straighter if you stick to this.

i think you probably hunch your shoulders, which causes your head to hang forward too (if that makes sense)

i hope iv been able to help :)

there is no cure, you just need to be conscious of the poor posture and correct it. Once you are used to having proper posture it will come natural to you and you won't have to try anymore.

do you play video games? if so your spine may be twitsting. even if you dont it isn't the only thing that can cause those symptons. my spine is starting to twist. to cure it just stand up straight move your shoulders back, and get you shoulder blades as close together as you can and relax over and over, don't strain yourself. do this regularly it well slowly reallign your spine and keep it from getting any worse. you should also see a docter if the problem is caused by the spine (which it probably is) it should be curable. Good Luck.

go to the gym--they have these weight lifting techniques; the shoulders, the back, and the neck will straighten out after a couple of tries
