Why do I have a stomach ache?!


Question: Last Thursday I got a slight case of the runs accompanied by a stomach ache. Since then I've had a stomach ache that won't go away. It doesn't matter if I eat, if I don't eat, if I take Pepto-Bismol. Nothing seems to matter. I also still have a little bit of the runs. But my back hurts too so I'm wondering if my stomach is making my back hurt or vice-versa. And what should I do?

drink plenty of water, because that circulates the gastric acids and will make them run smothly and you will no longer have the runs.
