take time to relax and get more sleep. drink milk and eat chicken or turkey. exercise helps relieve tension too.

get out and spend some time with friends. take a saturday "off" and just stay home and do what you want. just chill :D thats what I do anyways...lol

sit down take a breath and organize priorities.
get into a schedule if you are over worked,
if there is stress at home, go for long walks, bike rides and spend more time out with friends.or go to the library to study and do homework.
You need to keep eating 3 meals a day with lots of fresh fruit and veggies... get regular rest.
stay away from sugars, caffeine and white flours, processed and fast food.
If the stress is through a guy, time to put him on the shelf for a week or so and re think the whole thing..
don't jump to conclusions, but take back your power and get busy to get organized so you will know what to expect of yourself and what is impossible for you to do...
do not be too hard on yourself and make sure you reward yourself for the great job.
sometimes we just have to stop everything and really take a good look and head in another direction.....
everything will work out. if you plan your work and work your plan...

spend some alone time, go for a walk to clear your mind, and then talk to some one there's a fine line between stress and depression and it sounds like your walking that line. talk to your perants or get a journal and write everything down. good luck

Yes, there is a lot you can do. Please understand that western medicine does not address stress well. The typical solutions are for you to take drugs, but drugs damage your body in many ways and is not a good solution.

I strongly suggest you go to the following web site and watch the free video: https://www.emofree.com/EFTStore/

This is a very new way of using acupuncture that does not use needles and is a technique that has been developed to address emotional issues that directly affect your physical issues in many cases.

Additionally, when your body is put under stress, your adrenal glands will not work well because the constant stress is not something the body was designed to deal with well. Primitive man only was stress occasionally, to on a constant basis like so many modern man is. This is why it takes the adrenal glands between 24 and 29 hours to recharge. You must get at least 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep per night and also get the right kinds of fat in your diet, as well as, keep the carbs down.

The best web site I have found that will explain about the Glycemic Index and Glycemic load are at this web site:

http://www.mendosa.com/gilists.htm

This information is important to understand relative to how you can regulate your blood sugar levels that greatly affect your energy levels, etc. Read it and work to understand it.

The best chart to follow is the Glycemic Load and you should strive to eat each day, no more than 75 grams of food in the Glycemic Load Chart. Just pick the foods and then make sure the total doesn't exceed 75 grams. The 75 grams is ideal.

Your diet is important. DON'T DRINK Pasteurized milk or eat pasteurized dairy products --- They are terrible for you! Skim milk has been proven to cause prostate cancer issues and pasteurized / homogenized milk contains huge amounts of dead bacterial cells and foreign chards of amino acids that have been crushed in the homogenization process that cause your body to produce huge amounts of homocystines that lead to allergies, etc. Go to: www.organicpastures.com read the FAQ's to learn more about what good, quality RAW milk can do for you and why pasteurized is not good.

good luck to you

I remember when I was in Junor high and highschool dont think the stress was better between the 2. I know what did help was acutally just chatting w/ those teen groups like we had a teen meet at our chruch. I am not throwing religion around. but it was for teens dealing w/ stress just hanging out we would meet once a week and do stuff like canoing play pool or go swimming just doing fun stuff that invovled no thinking. we also talked about our problems and all came up w/ good solutions like then I was a seniour i was graduating getting ready for my wedding building my house trying to stay in my daycare class ALOT OF STRESS. well we had our meets and the kids helped me plan my wedding stress free I Graduated w/ help of them they practiced my pratice exams w/ me. you could find groups like this or if not u can go to online groups and talk http://www.teencentral.net DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO OUT!!!!!!

Believe it or not - meditate 15 minutes a day.
Andrew Weiss has a book out called:
'Beginning Mindfulness: Learning the Way of Awareness' which teaches mindfulness meditation and Jerry Braza has a book called: the Art & Practice of Mindfulness' which is also excellent.

take time off do what you want would be my guess or talk to someone like me
