Are you sure that 60-70 is your blood pressure or your pulse? When have you had your blood pressure taken? For a 15 year old an average bp can be around 110/70.

What you are experiencing most likely is called Orthostatic Syncope (sin-co-pee). Basically what is happening is that when you stand or sit up, your body is taking a little longer to adjust and the oxygenated blood is not getting to your head quick enough. Many times this is due to dehydration and can be fixed easily by drinking more water, but there are also a number of other causes for this, so the safest thing for you to do is to see your Dr.

low blood pressure can be SERIOUS!!!! a co-worker of mine was having chest pains and her's was very low. she spent at least a weekend in the hospital. u should ask a doctor about that to be safe. and have your blood checked out.

are your ears blocked?

This happens to me as well! i feel like i am about to faint and sometimes i do fall over... Sorry, I wish I knew what it was but if I find out i will tell you! :)

Don't stand up so quick. It happens to a lot of people. It has happened to me and my boyfriend. Take your time to stand up if you have been sitting around a long time. It is due to the blood rushing to activate the muscles and the bold moving from your head, so you feel light headed, you can actually faint sometimes. If it happens again when when you stand up, sit back down for a few moments.

this happens to me too
i would not worry about it
here is what i found online:

When you stand up quickly gravity pulls blood from your brain towards your feet and blood doesn't return to the brain until the next heart beat. With a slow pulse, this takes a second or two and that is enough time to feel the lack of oxygen in the symptom of lightheadedness or dizziness.
