Can you please help with with, erm, a shameful buttock related problem?!


Question: As I have approached and passed my twenty third year, inevitable growth processes have gone to work on the sweating depths of my 'knicker region'. As a result, the curve of the above mentioned corporal appendage, once so youthful and full of the bouncing joy of my Springtime years, has undergone a radical contortion into what I do not hasten to describe as a horrifyingly accurate representation of the twisted, mangled grimace of the Antichrist, topped by Amy Winehouse's beehive hairdo. How might one suggest I go about essentially 'reconstructing' this malconformational disfigurement? Squat thrusts?

Bum bends. Fanny tuck. Buttock flops. Butt crunches. Bum Rolls. Situps.
They will all help to retain your youthful appearance.

Implants

Surgery to remove the unwanted "appendage" which will hopefully prevent reproduction. Unless, of course, its ugliness keeps those men away.

Do you mean that your @rse has lost it's shape? The best exercises i do for that is crunching my buttocks. Lie on your front, and keeping your legs straight, try and lift them up as far in the air behind you as you can. Also try walking on your bum, and lying on your back with your feet apart and your knees bent, and thrust your pelvis upwards and squeeze your buttocks tightly together.

Do you mean you've got a big fat **** or what ; if so get to the gym .
