It sounds as though you are experiencing a drop in your blood pressure. As you stand, your blood pressure is dropping enough to make you feel dizzy (due to lack of blood to the brain) and the instant headache comes as the heart beats harder and faster to try and compensate. You may be suffering from something known as postural hypotension, in other words, positional low blood pressure. As your vision is impaired when this happens, see your GP and have your blood pressure checked 1st when lying then when standing. Also, get enough sleep and make sure you are taking in enough fluids and food rich in minerals.

Sounds like Virtigo to me, because i have just experienced a week of it myself.
