How old do girls stop growing ...

depends on your will, if you want to grow, you have plenty of chance like drink milk everyday at morning and night and have more exercise like basket ball and swimming (really affective).

Swimming is better for exercise, for fun, and for growing your height because in water you feel less weight and you move more, when you swim you can relax your muscle and many more. I can't have a detailed explanation on "growing" height with swimming, but I heard that it is really helpful.

Happy swimming :-)

In general girls stop growing 2 years after their first period, but a small growth spurt beyond that is not uncommon.
The best thing you can do is to keep a healthy diet, with exercise. Staying healthy will help your body grow if it wants to, instead of spending it's energy on healing and recovering from illnesses. I say take all your vitamins, vegies and drink milk!

stay short
being tall sucks
im fifteen and five eight
i cant ever wear heels
or ill be like 29083579623 feet tall......
stay short!!!!

The oldest I've heard is 21 so you've still got plenty of chance!
A female cousin of mine used to be 1.60 m until she was 15, then she started growing taller and taller and ended up standing up to 1.76 m!

Don't worry about it. Short girls are cute. There is nothing more awkward than leaning over to kiss your bf.

My daughters doctor told us to take my height 5'0" (60inches)and my husbands 6'5" (77 inches and add the inches together then divide them by 2 to get the average height of our daughter when she is grown up and so far so good. She should be about 68 inches, she is now 14 and is 65 inches and she should reach about 68 inches or 5' 8". You usually stop growing around age 17 or 18.

Females usually stop growing at 15 and often earlier and sometimes later so you have probably reached your peak height.

Plenty of protein, calcium and zinc will ensure normal growth and a deficiency can stunt it.

Unfortunately you can't speed up growth rate beyond the normal growth rate.
