Question: my college campus. i have really bad OCD and i don't want to go to class tomorrow (i live off campus). the health office sent everyone an email saying that half the campus is sick. help me. i'm so scared. when i got that email i was on campus in the library and i had a panic attack and i left the building.

Don't go. Its friday anyway. By monday everyone will be fine, and you won't have had a chance to catch it. With your ocd, you will be better off at home. Just relax and study at home.
